Yeah, and it seems like many get those margins by providing junk
equipment. I have been using the Polycom Soundpoint IP stuff (used) and
having compared it to other, cheaper stuff in the past, the hardware does
a big difference make (all things being equal). But retail $ on these is
steep. YMMV, but it seems that you get/give what you pay for. :)

I think that hosted voice is great for the company selling the hosted
voice.  Great margins.
