by Carl Laufer. Got through the first chapter which helped a lot

I do NOT recommend the book "The Hobbyist's Guide to the RTL-SDR"
by Carl Laufer. Started the second chapter and it is all Microsoft's
Windows.
Oops, many pages later I found the section on running with Linux.
