All you have to do is ask them how much time they spend fixing the
computer.  If they are surfing the web they are likely wasting a lot of
time fixing something that should not be broke.

If those running Windows ever looked at access logs of others hitting
their system they would likely be running another OS.

This week I had a drive to become corrupt.  The typical Windows fix is
to buy a new one, reload it from scratch and start again.  With
something around 700GB on it, that would not be easy to do.  It took 1
hour to have it back up with the drive still in place.
