Project turned out good, so far.
Ended up having to build my own box which was a huge cost savings.

Power supply: 400 watt Seasonic Platinum Fanless, Model SS400FL
(over kill on power)
Mother Board: ASRock, N3700-ITX,
Memory: 8 Gig (yes over kill, but got it cheap)
CPU: Intel Quad Core Pentium, up to 2.4 Gig Hz
OS: Debian. Found limits to both Free NAS and Open Media Vault
Total cost, $300, an 80% savings over store bought.
