I agree with Kent 100%.  The issue here is that a "cable pulling job in
Rhode Island" is generically a tech job and has no geographic relevance to
the Nashville area.  There are thousands of job openings within a 1500 mile
radius of Nashville that are tech related and fit that general form, so if
you allow that you allow them.  At that point the list is useless.

The limitations should be local Linux-related work, perhaps remote work
also if the recruiter has a relationship with the group.
