Sorry.  I've started a new job and have been crushed with work.

The -cache switch is still only available within mhn.  Thats the only
part of mhn that I haven't duplicated elsewhere in the new commands.  I
was planning on creating another command "mhcache" for this (most of
the code to do this is already there).

But since no one evers asks me about the caching functionality, I
didn't think anyone evers uses it (does anyone?).

So for now, just use `mhn -cache'.
