nmh doesn't work as POP client with glibc

Is this list dead?

I'd appreciate feedback on my recent submission (will it be accepted, etc?).

I'd also like to discuss a better solution to the ruserpass() issue, and 
I'm willing to do the work to expunge it from nmh entirely.
