Ah. I see. Clearly, any means of automatically forwarding mail offsite is 
equally bad, and so we have the answer and are educated.

I can see that having corporate secrets in cleartext at hotmail.com is 
less than ideal.

Explaining wouldn't be too difficult. I wouldn't like it to be found to be 
the copy delivered to me though;-)
