One additional thing occurs to me. We have a few tools right now which put in mhbuild directives in drafts for you (forw -mime, the attach WhatNow? command). It occurs to me that instead of #on/#off, maybe it should really be something like: #push on <mhbuild directives> #pop #push off would also work.
