It would still be useful to have that to reproduce the mhfixmsg problem

The command the test script uses is `lzma -cd 11.tar'. Can you confirm
that fails the same way, and that `lzma -cd <11.tar' works?

Mine is Arch Linux's xz 5.2.3-1 and is happy with any of these explicit
filenames without the stdin redirection.
$ sha1sum *
9add18b822c30f112fac54aaf47417003b29369f 11.tar
9add18b822c30f112fac54aaf47417003b29369f foo
9add18b822c30f112fac54aaf47417003b29369f foo.tar
9add18b822c30f112fac54aaf47417003b29369f hello.lzma
$
