In particular, one can visit https://repology.org/project/nmh/badges and see https://repology.org/badge/vertical-allrepos/nmh.svg which shows Trisquel 9.0 and Ubuntu 18.04 allegedly have 1.7.1RC3. BTW, Ken and David, shall we adopt Semantic Versioning?
