Jeez, everybody's a critic!  But, fair enough; you make a good point there.

My feelings are slightly different; I find myself switching back and forth
between different languages and the rules are slightly different between
those languages that sometimes go slightly more conservative in terms of
extra quoting, just so I don't get it wrong.  I personally don't see
the harm in doing that, but I don't feel super strongly about it.
