Dear all, I am trying to develop a model for a drug that was administered in multiple doses to outpatient paediatric patients. Blood samples were collected after the last dose and most of the patients have a concentration at 0hr time point. The drug follows a one compartment model and has a short halflife. I am not sure how to incorporate the previous dose to reflect the 0hr concentration. I would highly appreciate if you could help me in setting up the data file .
