Dear Howard,

In addition to the paper which Ganesh sent you,
this paper will probably be helpful:

Hatanaka T, Honda S, Sasaki S, Katayama K, Koizumi T.
Pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic evaluation for tissue-selective inhibition
of cholesterol synthesis by pravastatin.
J Pharmacokinet Biopharm. 1998 Jun;26(3):329-47.

Betreff: RE: [NMusers] Population PK Analysis of Simvastatin

Dear Ganesh,

Thank you for your reply and inforamtion. In the said paper, however, the
simvastatin PK was not modeled. Instead, dose-PD relationship was explored.
Thank you again anyway.

More inputs from others are welcome.

Howard
