Job Requirements: Merrimack is running clinical trials across a number of oncology indications both domestic and internationally. As part of the Clinical Investigations team, the Senior Clinical Pharmacokineticist will support multiple Merrimack projects in Phase 1 through Phase 3 development in oncology. This will include supporting first in human studies, PK/PD studies and registration studies. Job Responsibilities: * Provide strategic guidance on study design * Collaborate with clinical investigations, translational research and clinical operations to develop and write protocols * Analyze and interpret PK data for ongoing studies and generate PK reports * Author clinical pharmacology sections for regulatory submissions * Develop relevant PK models from pre-clinical data to simulate human PK parameters * Develop PK simulations from human data to inform dosing strategies * Present PK data to project teams and other internal stakeholders * Participate in meetings with regulatory authorities Candidate Requirements: * PhD in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline * 10 years experience in all phases of clinical development, with a strong preference for experience in Oncology * Experience with biologics preferred * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment Apply online at: https://merrimackpharma.tms.hrdepartment.com/jobs/167/Senior-Clinical-PharmacokineticistCambridge-MA
