Astellas seeks a candidate for a M&S position at the Associate Director level 
or above, located in Northbrook, IL.  This position reports to Stacey 
Tannenbaum, the M&S Group Lead, and will be part of the PKMS team led by Peter 
Bonate.

M&S provides scientific, technical, and strategic PKPD support within and 
across therapeutic areas, using a variety of software.   We contribute to the 
design, analysis, and reporting of clinical studies for a compound and provide 
M&S input to the clinical development strategy.   The candidate should have a 
solid understanding of drug discovery and development, and a strong proficiency 
in PK-PD principles, tools, and methodologies.  Experience with M&S strategies 
in new modalities such as vaccines (DNA-based, traditional, and other) and cell 
therapies is a strong plus.
