VR fail safe vs. driving
I can't think of any mechanism that would be hardware crash or
software crash fail safe that depended on a display for all visuals.
It would have to have some sort of physical direct (non-display)
pass-through for such circumstances, that would operate instantly in
the event of any kind of failure (including power failure). Not
impossible, but no signs of that happening on anyone's road map, no
pun intended. -L
