Mark, I keep it very simple and just have a Mortgage bucket. I watch my escrow and interest in my mortgage companies website and don't try to duplicate that tracking on my own. Since the mortgage company paid taxes for me when I used an escrow (I actually pay them myself now without an escrow), I really didn't have to manage that cash flow and didn't care to add that burden to my cash flow tracking.
