Thanks for the quick response Kevin. I do like the KISS rule:) The
would make it a whole lot easier on me. The only reason I was keeping
up with it is for tax purpose. But I'll get a 1099 from the mortgage
company that breaks all this down for me.

I've done the same thing with taxes. I lump them all in one bucket.
When tax time comes all my taxes will be broken down by W2, 1099, etc.
