Ah, I think you just answered my question without knowing it.... : )

Actually, I have been using Moneywell for quite a long time, but I
think the problem may be that I have NOT been using Money well as long
as I have had this savings account, so probably the program is not
seeing my transactions from the earlier years.

So how do I fix the problem?  I have x amount of money in my savings
account, and I want it all to go into one income bucket.  Do I need to
change the date on all of the old transactions in order to fool
Moneywell into putting the money in the bucket?
