Hi,

You can always create manual money flows by dragging one bucket to
another if you're trying to handle an irregular allocation. The idea
behind a spending plan in MoneyWell is to make sure you have enough
money in each bucket to cover your expenses. Typically, you would
either fund the whole bucket with a paycheck or split it between two
paychecks so MoneyWell offers both options.

The end goal is to also not live off of the current paycheck but
instead, build a spending buffer so you can stick to a spending plan
and handle the emergencies when they arise without going into debt.

Peace,
