I was excited to see the update, but alas when I choose WF from your
list - direct connect doesn't work. At least it doesn't suggest any
alternatives - other than showing the "NULL ERROR" - that's just a
turn-off from a user-experience standpoint.

I've basically done nothing with the software yet - except adding
categories - and then I try to connect and there's a "wall" virtually.
Deal-breaker for me there.

Any suggestions before I totally give up? Is there something at the
bank-level that needs to be configured?
