I'm not sure. These transactions should not have been shown in 1.3 as transfers still if you disconnected them. If you want to send your 1.3 file to my private email address with a note about which transactions are the problem, I'll run some tests converting that file to 1.4. Another option is that you can export these 80 transactions while in 1.3 then import them back into 1.4 if they are not coming through.
