I think I figure something out to get the transition to work: I
created a bogus account and assigned all 80 transactions to be
transferred to it.  When I opened the file in 1.4.1, everything
transferred.  Then I went thru the 80 transactions and one-by-one set
them to "(no transfer)".  Lastly I deleted the bogus account and all
was well.
