Hi Vicki,

If you could send me the ofxlog.txt file I would appreciate it. You  
can find it in your ~/Library/Application Support/MoneyWell folder  
(send it to my [email protected] address please). Also check with US  
Bank and make sure they have you activated properly for direct access  
with Quicken.
