We do have a video tutorial on reconciling, even though it has not been updated yet for 1.4, it's still worth watching. Make sure you are adding new statements and use the amounts for starting and ending balances from your statement. Watch out for negatives if you are reconciling a credit card. You should just be able to put in those amounts and MoneyWell will show you a difference. Feel free to send me some screen shots of your process at my private [email protected] address.
