My one significant problem is that my Checking account's balance (shown in the top left panel) is wrong. It's much lower than the actual balance and I don't understand why. I reconcile the account to my monthly statements with no issues. When I started tracking my spending, I did not import anything older than Sep 1, '08 and set the Cash Flow Start Date to 9/1/08 and put my bank account balance into the Salary bucket as a starting cash flow. Is this screwing things up? Any help would be appreciated.
