Hey George,

Capital One does not support direct downloads to the best of my
knowledge.  You have to go to Capital One's website and do a manual
download.  Download the .QIF and then use Moneywell's Import button on
the toolbar to bring in the transactions.  I haven't done it yet, but
I believe you can assign URL for each of your accounts' websites to
make it easier to download those files.
