Hey J, My Wife and I have a similar situation. I just set up to two Income Buckets (My Salary and Spouse Salary) and made sure to check the "include in combined income" check box. This way when I allocate money based on my spending plan I can select the combined incomes for all my new flows.
As for specifics, I believe there is a two weeks option under timing of spending plan for your wife's paycheck...as for yours, i think there is an option for twice a month, but will let Kevin or someone else confirm that since I do not have Moneywell on my work computer.
