Judy and I use two different buckets for our income since our pay schedules are different too. I don't use scheduled transactions for either because both vary from paycheck to paycheck. As far as budgeting, I have mine set up and "twice a month" and Judy's as "every two weeks" and the amount is a minimum for both (extra income goes to savings, emergency fund, or debt reduction).
