I did. I checked it against my online account balance.

My MoneyWell starting balance agrees with my bank statement balance
that occurs just before my first transaction in MoneyWell. That is, I
got my starting balance from my bank statement, then began entering
transactions from that point.

For the MW acct balance to come out right, I have to change the
starting balance from $930.29 (the initial balance entry on my bank
statement) to $925.91. (Note: I used a calculator on both MW displayed
transaction AND on my bank statement.)

I suppose that initial balance entry on my bank statement could be
wrong. (That entry is from the middle of the statement, so something
prior to that entry could've been calculated wrong by the bank, I
guess.)

P.S. As an aside, am I understanding the relationship between
rollovers and allocations properly?...note this post by another
user...

...so MW allocates the Spending Plan amount regardless of the amount
rolled over from the previous month, correct? If so, I agree with the
user, such a feature he describes would be wonderful.
