K - i made sure routing # is in all accounts as well as account info
(for boa) for direct download... then i reconciled, and deleted the
dup accounts created earlier... so the accounts are 'correct' tried
download... error i get is
error 2000
the product you using is not enabled. please call customer  service at
1-800-933-6262...

course - i don't know if this is an error mesage from moneywell or
BOA....?
(this was working in quicken last week).
