Hi Trish, Right now, MoneyWell can't see the difference between a money flow you create and one created by Allocate Income. This is being improved in 1.5. For now, when the Allocate Income panel tries to put too much money in a bucket, you can simply change the numbers on that table before pressing the Allocate button.
