That's exactly what I did. As I'm sure you're aware, it works in the same "bad" way if the bucket got overspent and I manually flowed money into it - Allocate Income saw that allocation and refused to put more in. It was just tedious having to manually tell Allocate income to just do what the Spending Plan says already! It basically renders Allocate Income useless to me in any month that I do significant shifting around of money from bucket to bucket, which is every month. But I see that you're already going to fix it, so I'll just live with it for now.
