I hate to state the obvious here, but shouldn't the answer be "Don't
do that." ? Especially now that you know about the extra cost? I
expect software to do what I ask when I click buttons. Safari doesn't
limit how fast I can hit the refresh button.

I learned the hard way that you can not make more than 6 electronic
transfers from your savings account in the US. I learned this because
my bank charged me for all the ones over that. ( Reference:

) So now I make sure I don't do that.
