Hi Jake,

That is a very nasty bank policy. I think it's bad enough that most  
charge for direct connect banking now without putting a limit on your  
attempts. I agree with Patrick that you need to complain a bit and let  
them know that there are other banks that do not make people pay these  
charges. Banks should be a bit hungry right now to keep business.

I'll investigate a feature like that but I didn't do it initially  
because some communications are so flaky, it's nice to be able to try  
as often as needed.
