I agree with Kevin that releasing a simple iPhone app that only had
bucket balances would be disappointing for many users (although less
so if it were free).

However, given MoneyWell's focus on only spending what you have in a
bucket, it seems that an easy way to export your bucket balances to
have on you at all times is an important feature and I'm surprised it
wasn't implemented in earlier versions.

export bucket balances in the next release (1.5?). Assuming this
enables me to export my balances to TXT or CSV, I can sync this to my
iPod via email, which would be much cleaner than manually typing
balances into Notes or using screenshots.

This would also enable users who don't have an iPhone/iPod touch to
get similar capability. As I mentioned above, this feature would be
even sweeter if MoneyWell could send the email directly, as that would
save a step in the sync process.

I'm not sure what the timeline for 1.5 is, but hopefully it isn't as
far off as the iPhone app ...
