Hi Craig, I've had problems with Spaces and other applications but not MoneyWell yet. If you want to clear all your window settings so MoneyWell starts over with each placement, delete your preferences file (~/Library/ Preferences/com.NoThirst.MoneyWell.plist) and then run MoneyWell again.
