Hey Kevin,

Does the "Merge and Remove Duplicates" feature just look for
transactions with the same date and same amount, or does it do
something more complicated?

Recently I've manually entered some transactions after I made a
purchase and when I download from my bank a few days later, I've been
finding they don't get identified as duplicates.

In some cases the amounts are slightly different (which is almost
always the case for scheduled transactions I use on utility bills) and
in other cases the date is different (because it can take a few days
to post).

Would it be possible to add some leeway into the algorithm in a future
version of MoneyWell? I'm thinking a user-configurable option in the
preferences to give an amount delta and date delta would be ideal. For
example, I could set the amount delta to $1 and the day delta to 2,
then any downloaded transactions that are within $1 and 2 days of a
manual transaction will be candidates for merging.

Thanks!
Lance
