When you bring up the Spending Plan window, you can set specific amounts for every month of the year at the bottom of the window. However, when you click the graph for a particular month, the amount shown under "Spending Plan" in the "Bucket Detail" pane shows your average monthly spending plan for this bucket instead of the amount you entered for that month.
I would prefer that it show the selected month's exact amount since I took the time to enter it in. In addition, when I edit this field, I would like that change to only affect the spending plan for the currently select month and not reset the spending plan for every month as it does now (especially for past months as this deletes useful historical data).
