Hey Troy,

I think Blair explained this pretty well. If you've already downloaded
transactions from your credit card company (or manually entered them)
and assigned them to buckets, then when the payment comes around, you
should NOT assign it to a bucket (on either side) as it would
effectively be double counting those expenses. You can achieve this by
right clicking on the payment transaction and picking "Make Bucket
Optional".

If you're just starting out with MoneyWell, it's very likely that
credit payments you are making this month are actually for
transactions that occurred in previous months and have not yet been
counted. In this case you should follow Blair's advice and either
factor in the credit card balance into your initial cash flow (short-
term card) or assign the transaction to a "Debt Payment" bucket (long-
term card).
