Hi Prasad,

Please leave the connect as option to "Quicken (Mac)" for Bank of  
America. If their customer service is sure you are set up for Quicken  
direct connect access, then the next step is to confirm you username  
and password are the right ones to use for direct connect.

Also, please send your ofxlog.txt file to [email protected] for  
review (not this user forum). You can find it in your ~/Library/ 
Application Support/MoneyWell folder. Thanks.
