Hi, Trying to access my Schwab Co. Inc account via direct connect and I first got an invalid login error. I called Schwab technical support and they suggested shortening the password to 8 characters when logging in through the "Quicken" application. For some reason he said you only need 8 characters through Quicken to Schwab...(didn't explain to them it was MoneyWell). I tried this and I seem to connect to Schwab okay after that because my account comes up, and I get the box that says "select the accounts you want to add to MoneyWell", when I select continue I now receive the following error.
[400] ERROR There was a problem accessing the URL for this financial institution. Thanks for the help.
