I've reviewed this and I can't see the problem you are reporting. The transaction reports show all the transactions that you request (all, filtered, or selected) and if the transfers are visible in the list, then they are affecting your bank account balances. They don't affect your bucket totals because they are shown separately under the "Unassigned Transactions" heading. If you are showing all transactions and these were not included in the totals, the totals would be incorrect. Your statement "But since the transfer is bucket optional, it works out as expected in my registry, ie, it doesn't get added to the other transactions as far as the amounts in and out go." is wrong because these transfers do (and should) affect your registry. They won't affect any buckets and, unless you turn on the View option, will not be shown on the graph, but they do affect your overall cash flow because they are going in and out of your accounts. If you have a specific example that shows that I'm missing something, please pass it on to me. Thanks.
