As said this is also needed, but because it affects different parts of ovirt 
(the tui and maybe also the boot scripts) opposed to the simple translation of 
other parts, I'd see the integration of a language selection dialog as a 
separate task.
Well, it's obvious that a translated tui just makes sense if we are able to 
change the language :)

As said in the bug above, we can have a look at anaconda and see what parts we 
can reuse to bake the language selection dialog.

I actually don't know when this release is scheduled and I'm also not yet that 
deep into the sources to give a good estimate, but if the feature freeze is not 
within a couple of days this could be done I'd guess.
