Did you bother reading the whole post, or did you just decide to comment because you felt like talking?
In my first post I politely asked for a clarification and received an insufficient answer. Based on this new information, I drew a conclusion. I'm perfectly fine with losing any potential acquaintances who would post a "job" like this to the board. I've been involved with too many "small development shops" who simultaneously steal from their clients and employees under the guise of good intentions.
