Frequent update is not directly related to "finding bugs".

If the OAuth2 mechanism evolve (many drafts), or if the
Twitter/Facebook/<whatever> API change, you will have frequent updates.

That is,

"finding bugs" + "take care" => "frequent update"

but

"frequent update" !=> (does not implies) "finding bugs"
