Being a long time node user, I don't see the core team moving to anything 
else than vanilla javascript. So no typescript for node.js development.
The general opinion on typescript/coffeescript/whateverscript in the 
community seems to be "more power to you, but I don't want to deal with 
it". But that vision of the general opinion maybe influenced by mine.
