+1 for moving on - once joyent takes down that blog post. The post should be taken down, because referring to a person who is not your employee, and then describing (with great disdain), what you would do to them if they were your employee is, at the very least, bad form. At worst, it makes the author, and by extension the company, look extremely immature.
