var https = require('https');
var fs = require('fs');
var server = https.createServer({
key: fs.readFileSync('private.pem'),
cert: fs.readFileSync('public.pem')
});
server.on('connection', function(socket) {
socket.on('data', function(chunk) {
console.log(chunk.toString());
});
})
server.on('connect', function() {
console.log('connect');
});
server.listen(8080);
Despite the socket receiving the data
CONNECT twitter.com:443 HTTP/1.1
Host: twitter.com
Proxy-Connection: keep-alive
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_9_1)
AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/32.0.1700.107 Safari/537.36
the server will never emit the connect event. Is that a bug or a feature?
